High Definition Programming requires a High Definition Receiver and/or a High Definition DVR (HDDVR), a HDTV or HD Monitor, and a subscription to a HD programming package. A monthly $5.99 DVR fee will apply for DVR & HD DVR equipment, unless subscribed to a DVR inclusive package.
